| The Chatterbox website has been created by the Financial Inclusion Group for Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. This group (short name, the FIG) was setup at the end of 2009. It is made up of representatives from wide range of local organisations including both local councils. One of the FIG's key aims is to provide the information, facilities, advice, and support necessary to enable local people to access appropriate financial services, manage their money effectively, make the most of what they have and to take control of their finances and financial choices.
